Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the website www.ganpatigocarz.com or booking rental vehicles with Ganpati Go Carz ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our"). By accessing our services or renting a vehicle, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Eligibility & Verification
- Minimum Age: Drivers must be at least 21 years old to rent a self-drive vehicle.
- Driving License: Drivers must hold a valid, original Indian Driving License that is at least 1 year old (Learner's licenses are not accepted).
- Identity Proof: Original Aadhaar Card or Passport must be verified/submitted at the time of pickup.
- Right to Refuse: The company reserves the right to verify documents and cancel bookings in case of suspicious credentials.
2. Booking, Payments & Security Deposit
- Booking Amount: Advance booking/rental fees must be paid online or via cash to confirm the reservation.
- Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is mandatory before vehicle handover, varying by car model and duration.
- Deposit Refund: Refundable security deposits are processed after verifying vehicle condition, traffic fines, or damages.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- 24+ Hours Before Pickup: 80% refund (a 20% administrative fee will be deducted).
- Within 24 Hours of Pickup: 50% of the booking amount will be deducted.
- No-Show: No refund will be issued if the renter fails to show up at the scheduled time.
4. Vehicle Usage Restrictions
Prohibited Uses:
- Driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or intoxicants is strictly prohibited and illegal.
- Vehicles must not be used for illegal acts, commercial goods transport, racing, or stunts.
- Only registered drivers stated during booking are permitted to operate the vehicle.
- Smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited and incurs a cleaning fee.
5. Fuel, Tolls & FASTag
- Fuel Policy: Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as received at pickup (Like-for-Like).
- Tolls & Taxes: All toll taxes, state border entry taxes, and parking fees are the renter's responsibility. FASTag deductions will be adjusted against the deposit.
6. Accidents, Damages & Insurance
- Incidents: Immediate notification to Ganpati Go Carz and local police is required in case of accidents, breakdown, or theft.
- Negligence Costs: Full damages resulting from rash driving, over-speeding, or drunk driving will be charged directly to the renter.
- Insurance Claim: Unapproved insurance claims or policy deductible access amounts must be borne by the renter.
7. Late Return & Penalties
- Vehicles must be returned at the agreed time and location. Late returns without prior approval will incur hourly penalty charges.
8. Limitation of Liability & Jurisdiction
- Ganpati Go Carz is not liable for loss of personal belongings, travel delays, or indirect damages.
- Legal Jurisdiction: All disputes are subject exclusively to the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
